Highly recommend Kubo Kitchens. Russell and his team did an amazing job . The whole process from start to finish ran like clockwork. Russell did a fantastic job of designing our kitchen/diner to make the most out of the small space that we had. We have ended up with a beautiful kitchen that we love. Russell carried out some bespoke cabinet and fitted kitchen work for me recently and the results are outstanding. He has such an eye for design and detail and was very conscientious throughout the project. I can't recommend his work highly enough. Bottom line up front... I'd recommend Kubo Kitchens and Russell. Overall, we're really pleased with our kitchen, utility and cloakroom spaces.The photos speak to the quality of finish. Note: there's one "before" and a few "after".Our project was pretty big and Russell was there with us every step of the way over quite a long period of time, bearing with us as we changed our minds and developed our design. He has a method of working that we get along with really well with various phases of his project plan that he'll take you through. We liked his proactive but not pushy approach, he'll get back to you when he says he will and is always open to contact. He'll listen to your requirements, throw out a few suggestions, solve problems and take you on your kitchen journey in a partnership to a design you'll end up loving.We completely gutted our old kitchen, utility and cloakroom, had a small amount of building work and a lot of plumbing and electrical work. Russell project managed all of the contractors for us, helping get through the inevitable tough times and organising everything to run pretty smoothly. We found the Kubo approach of helping customers with temporary mobile kitchen fittings (oven, hob, sink, etc) extremely useful to help get us through the project. Sure, there's a few things we could have improved or done differently but in a project this size we expected snags and these were dealt with very quickly and efficiently when they arose.Big thanks to Russell and the Kubo team, we're really pleased to have worked with you and become part of the Kubo family.

On behalf of The Rosemary Foundation, thank you to Russ at Kubo Kitchens for giving your time freely to put in new kitchen units and worktops to two areas at our office. The work was undertaken within a day to minimise disruption and you were clean and tidy throughout. The result being an improved area for our on call nurses to rest and eat while on shift and a more usable kitchen area with increased storage space when we host groups downstairs.

It was 30 years since we last had a new kitchen… and wow, how things have changed! We knew the elements that we wanted (clean modern lines, lots of big drawers, seamless worktops etc) – but we needed someone with flair and vision to pull it all together. Enter Russell at Kubo. He took our ideas, enhanced them, and made it all work within the space available. Talented designer.His virtual reality demo meant that we could walk around our new kitchen and try it out before committing. Once we confirmed, Kubo’s project management was great – the build started and finished on schedule, on budget, and the workmanship is exceptional. He works with a group of very talented tradesmen who were a pleasure to have around.The real test is now … a couple of months later. How do we feel every time we use the kitchen? A one word answer. Thrilled.

Kubo Kitchens upgraded our kitchen recently and my wife and I are extremely happy with the result.All of the trades from plumbers, cabinet makers, electricians and stone people were absolutely superb. Having received an uninspiring kitchen design from Howdens we asked Russell from Kubo to work with us to come up with a new design. He listened to our every request and the design he produced has exceeded our expectations. He not only presented the design on paper but also surprised us by giving us the opportunity to ‘visit’ our new kitchen using a VR headset! This really helped us imagine how the new kitchen would look and work for us. Russell is very knowledgeable, approachable and easy to work with.

I am absolutely delighted with my new kitchen! Russell was very helpful in the design phase and the VR tool made the plans come to life. Having moved into a new house in 2021, we found Kubo Kitchens by chance on Google and contacted Russell to completely replace the old kitchen. This was our first ever kitchen so had no idea what to do, but Russell helped us design a kitchen which fit our needs and within our budget.Due to Covid and related supply chain issues, the work took longer than anticipated to finish, but the brilliant temporary kitchen provided by Russell ensured we weren't inconvenienced too badly. The completed kitchen met our expectations completely and the quality of work and professionalism from Russell and his team was excellent.

Russell and the team re-fitted out kitchen at the start of the year. It was a complete renovation, including all electrics, plastering, flooring and fitting. The team did an excellent job. They were considerate, careful and tidy. The quality of the preparation finish was excellent. The journey with Russell to the final design was clear and he took into account just what we wanted. There was a defect on the worktop installed and this was replaced completely without question. We are delighted with the results and look forward to the kitchen serving us well for many years to come.

We feel very lucky to have been put in touch with Russell at Kubo when we were kicking off our kitchen refit. We knew straight away that he was the right fit for us. We had a clear idea on what we wanted and had a plan already drawn up by an (award-winning) designer, but Russell added to that excellently and made some practical adjustments that the previous designer had missed.We are unashamedly picky about the details - and there are so many decisions to make as part of a kitchen install - but Russell was helpful and enthusiastic throughout (and not to mention patient!). He managed the whole project excellently, putting us in touch with some excellent trades people along the way. During a difficult year for undertaking work such as this, Russell dealt with circumstances outside of his control as best he could.It was by no stretch a straightforward project - a complete refit in a cottage (with all the quirks that come with old buildings), which also involved removing the center of our chimney to take a range cooker. We are so very pleased with the end result though, and would thoroughly recommend Russell to anyone.
